Abstract The pediatric musculoskeletal system differs from the adult in many ways, including anatomical, physiological, and psychological differences. These differences will result clinical radiological presentation. In this chapter specific knowledge essential for radiologists who deal with diseases children be discussed a focus on: (a) hip pathologies, (b) infectious inflammatory diseases, (c) bone soft tissue tumors.
